As a developer for The1stMovement team, I helped to create the User and Administrator Content Management System that allowed users to View, Upload and Vote on photos by peers of the Pentax photographer's community. Privileged Admin Users (Pentax Corp) are able to create contests, disallow abusive users and create categories and collections to organize images for the front end slide show.
